2. Purpose of Processing

We process data (name, phone, email, licence plate) primarily for the purpose of handling your service enquiry, communicating about vehicle repairs and fulfilling legal obligations (invoicing).

3. AutoCare360 Platform

For efficient order management and customer communication we use the AutoCare360 system. Data submitted through the form is securely stored in this system. By registering in AutoCare360 you gain access to your service history.

4. Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) only after you explicitly choose “Accept all”. Before consent, after “Reject non-essential”, and after withdrawal, neither tool is loaded and no optional analytics request is sent. A booking completed without an active analytics consent is not queued for later export if you subsequently accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings”.
